My tasks included operating a check out system for equipment such as DSLR cameras and laptops, as well as managing a professional photography studio used for documenting architectural models and drawings for use in students’ portfolios. I offered students assistance with Adobe software and instructed them on various printing, photography, and film equipment techniques. I photographed several events and film lectures happening in the college, and was responsible for editing and finalizing these photos and videos in Lightroom and Premier Pro.

While at Made I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects alongside amazing and talented individuals. Upon completing my internship at Made, I worked as a community manager for one of their clients. My primary task was responding to social media posts and messages on various channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Working with a small team of community managers, we markedly increased the response rate, adamantly responding to all appropriate comments on the channels, and decreased the response time to less than a day.
